The Manager, Mobile App will be responsible for overseeing the mobile app including all aspects of app competitiveness, app business and app customer elements ensuring Neiman Marcus is the premier luxury and retail mobile app . The Manager, Mobile App will connect product teams to business goals building awareness in retail and luxury app best practices. This role will cross-functionally partner actively with technology, product, customer and marketing teams to create plans that set goals and ensure success for the mobile app in the Neiman Marcus Direct & online ecosystem.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead mobile app feature groups to ensure success is measurable and obtainable, from a business perspective
  • Drive plans with product and marketing teams on campaign and user relationship success
  • Monitor business KPI's and measure the effectiveness of various mobile app product enhancements
  • Leads the knowledge of where Neiman Marcus stands from a competitive perspective and opportunities to be a market leader
  • Partners with senior leaders on program level strategy as well as goal setting, reporting and execution
  • Coordinates, monitors & tracks marketing and Neiman Marcus ecosystem efforts that have direct effect on app expectations
  • Troubleshoots and researches issues related to changing trends, technologies, behaviors, or performance to identify what is impacting the business
  • Builds strong working relationships with teams across the organization & key stakeholders to help facilitate awareness and support of business strategies and initiatives for the mobile app
  • Maintains awareness of technological enhancements, competitive landscape and industry trends for essential mobile app business, presentation and user relationships to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities
  • Manages brand partners to help identify customer and business problems and align goals

  • 3+ years of digital product marketing/lifecycle, retail and/or app preferred
  • 4-year degree with emphasis in Business, Strategic Communications or Marketing
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and partners simultaneously
  • Proven ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience
  • Familiarity with customer analytics and experience using data to make decisions
  • Experience in personalization, engaging in relationship lifecycle and product storytelling
  • Shown ability to learn new tools and quickly train others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office's suite of products
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
