Commercial Team

The Commercial Team leads and develops the supply strategies to grow our business. The team consists of Merchandising, Planning, Buying, Business Development, and Stadium Apparel departments. The team creates and manages strategic sales, pricing and gross margin targets while balancing inventory across all sales channels. They partner with all departments to guarantee a successful and profitable product life cycle, to identify new revenue-enhancing opportunities in the supply landscape, and to build the Stadium Goods brand.

THE ROLE

The role will be a remote and reporting to our Market Center Manager on the consignment team. The primary focus will increase our consignor conversion and drive awareness through education of the consignment process. You will collaborate with other teams with the Operations, Account Managers and the Customer Relations teams, as well as with the Consignment Managers to meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will call and make initial contact with leads; determine the individual's level of interest in Stadium Goods
    • You will develop leads through regular communication via phone and email; respond to our Seller Portal Ticket submissions
    • You will evaluate prospects against established criteria; routes prospects to the appropriate Stadium Goods services
    • You will work with Consignment Operations and Account Managers to develop new ways of building potential 3P consignment
    • You will work closely with the management team to meet business growth strategies and goals
    • You will prioritize completing daily activities to ensure that all leads have been contacted
    • You will manage and track leads using internal systems while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
    • You will cold call to produce leads for consignment
    • You will distill the essence of our service in easy-to-understand terms and communicate with multiple prospective consignors to the value of Stadium Goods
    • You will develop consignment growth strategies and maintain referral sources including the coordination of target market campaigns
    • You will maintain prospect consignor database and create reports when needed
    • You will analyze and create new market opportunities for Stadium Goods services


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have excellent organizational and productivity skills, with an ability to stay attentive on assigned tasks
    • You are proficient in G-suite, MS Office, and ERP systems
    • You have a team player attitude, willing to go above and beyond at all times
    • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • You have experience with sneakers, footwear, streetwear, etc.
