Digital Merchandising Operations team is responsible for all product imagery for as well as third party partners such as Farfetch, Harrods, Tmall, etc. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to respond quickly and calmly to emerging opportunities across a varied range of products and services The role plays a key part in content availability & delivery, implementation of the strategies as well as overseeing and driving the growth of the tools/platforms used to achieve frequent flow of product content across all categories to go live in time of the season launch.


Operational Maintenance
  • Partner with Digital merchandising, samples, copy, studio and retouching teams to manage constant flow of product content
  • Daily updates to content management systems, stock updates, etc.
  • Track expected delivery of content ( images, copy) and stock
  • Coordinate image approvals for .com and 3rd parties on daily basis to maximise content availability
  • Drive commerce by ensuring as much product is correct and available to go live, communicate any delays in deadlines
  • Provide weekly reports on content readiness
  • Working closely with Flo, DAM,PIM and content delivery partners to develop ways of working and processes to continuously improve each season
  • Support Digital Merchandising operations manager on the market prep/congruency exercises
  • Support the team in all imagery related projects


  • Previous experience in Project Management type of role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fast paced working environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
  • Self-motivated and uses own initiative
  • Experience in improving workflows and team processes to provide efficiencies
  • Strong prioritization, organizational and problem solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a similar or project management type of role desirable
