Neiman Marcus Group is currently seeking candidates for a Compensation Analyst. We are looking for candidates who have drive to learn and grow and are eager for the next challenge!
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of compensation experience, including market pricing, job evaluation, executive compensation program support, and incentive plan administration.
Extensive Excel experience is critical, and previous experience with Access, Oracle and / or SAP incentive compensation systems are a big plus.
This role will support our Total Rewards and HR leadership team in preparing materials for the Compensation Committee, our HR stores and group operations teams on broad-based and incentive compensation programs, as well as variety of internal functional groups such as Finance, Payroll and others. This is a highly visible role and requires someone who has a positive and helpful disposition!
