The Total Rewards Analyst partners with People Services Leadership to develop programs and manage projects in all areas of Total Rewards. You will be a content creator for key deliverables supporting and solving complex challenges to support business strategy. You will create and build presentations and supporting materials for strategic People Services projects, while balancing process and thoughtfulness with speed and flexibility.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Total Rewards Analyst partners with People Services Leadership to develop programs and manage projects in all areas of Total Rewards. You will be a content creator for key deliverables supporting and solving complex challenges to support business strategy. You will create and build presentations and supporting materials for strategic People Services projects, while balancing process and thoughtfulness with speed and flexibility.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop analyses, presentations and project plans to help design and implement our Total Rewards strategy
- Prepare executive and board level presentations and supporting materials, in partnership with People Services leadership and consultants
- Provide planning and analytical support to People Services Leadership in presenting recommendations to the Compensation Committee
- Conduct analyses and create deliverables for executives, the Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and implement new technology
- Analyze trends and metrics to help develop competitive and cost-effective rewards programs
- Take multiple and complex inputs and concepts and distill into simple, relevant, and executable plans
- Provide project management support for projects across the Total Rewards team
- 2+ years of experience in People / HR professional role or management consultant focused on human capital, total rewards, or related field
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred; Human Resources Management, Business Administration / Management, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving behaviors
- Time management skills that enable on-time, high-quality project delivery with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly developed communications skills (written / verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
