We are looking for a Senior Manager Influencer Marketing (m/f/d) to strengthen our Social Media team as soon as possible.

What you can expect:
  • Strategize the global influencer activations around global product pushes / HB events / fashion shows / sponsored events
  • Understand the premium fashion industry
  • Forward thinking and identifying new trends is crucial
  • Create 360 activations, lead the campaigns, create the tracking and reportings with your strong analytical skills
  • Bring your network of people with influence and activate them globally
  • Shape the direction of what kind of talents we will activate for BOSS and HUGO
  • Work closely with the Social Marketing team on new content ideas and implement them with influencers and creators globally
  • Oversee the day to day work with our agencies and create strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Be a team player who can show initiatives and teach the team on the newest Social Media trends
  • Your leadership skills should shape the team and build and maintain internal and external processes


Your profile:
  • BA or MA studies / graduate degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in influencer marketing for a global company or agency
  • Experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a luxury or creative brand, is a plus Working experience in Public Relations, Booking or Talent Agency is a plus Knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly within social media
  • Deep background knowledge of fashion industry and market environment
  • Existing knowledge of the celebrity/influencer industry on Instagram and Tik Tok channels, stylists and agency network
  • Strong fashion sense and awareness of popular culture
  • Passion for social networking and curiosity on new trends
  • Personal initiative, open and professional manner
  • Organized and structured thinking and action
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Reliability and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
