The Team

PVH Creative Services B2B is responsible for the architectural & interior design of B2B Brand and workplace environments- these include digital showrooms, hybrid work spaces and hospitality.

PVH Creative Services B2B partners with PVH teams globally to design and deliver innovative, inspiring, associate & customer-- centric environments.

We work hand in hand with (country based) Project Managers in order to execute and deliver our projects.

PVH Creative Services B2B is also responsible for the design, execution & delivery of seasonal concepts in support of selling season (4x year), on a global scale for TH and on a European scale for Calvin Klein & Nike CTB..

With regards to seasonal experiences, PVH Creative Services B2B collaborates with the Digital Experience and 3D Product teams on devising and delivering hybrid showroom environments. & experiences - we are future focused, keen to test and learn as well as curious about the Metaverse and its myriad of opportunities.

PVH Creative Services B2B is also responsible for the concepts, design & roll-out of digital showrooms globally & the design of HQ/ wholesale architectural projects.

The Position

As Senior Manager - Interior architecture & spatial design, you lead Creative Services' projects from an interior/ exterior architectural design perspective, working in conjunction with the appointed (internal/ external) PMs. You manage 2 direct reports: the Architectural Designer & the Junior Architect/ Drafter. You report into the Senior Director- Creative Services.

You are heavily involved in the interior design of projects, working in close partnership with the Senior Manager- Concepts & design, the Interior Architect, the Junior Architect/ Drafter and the FF&E Designers in presenting and/or sourcing suitable concepts, products & suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • devising architectural design concepts for (digital) showroom, hospitality & workplace environments.
  • enabling, supervising and checking all the related or requested design drawings & material specs as well as ensuring that all design concepts fit the assigned projects' functional & architectural requirements.
  • ensuring suitability & synchronicity of all spatial & architectural designs with the related project brief, the PVH brands and corporate vision.
  • Design & delivery of global PVH workplace, hospitality & showroom environments, various global locations (internal & exterior spaces, projects ranging from 350m2 to 7000m2, dependent on schedule)
  • design & delivery of global B2B digital selling environments, including digital showrooms
  • design & delivery of ad-hoc architectural/ design projects (pop-ups/ seasonal events)
The Ideal Candidate

You have solid experience with a demonstrated understanding of design and projecttime management. You know how to prioritize effectively; you possess a strong understanding of general feasibility within given budgetary & design briefs/ constraints.

You possess an absolute eye for detail & perfection as well as are thoroughly organized & capable of working on multiple projects at the same time.

You are an empathetic & efficient communicator, comfortable presenting and reviewing concepts & layouts in an open minded and solutions' focused manner. You are a good listener and you are able to apply feedback & comments to your designs efficiently- you are sensitive to the requirements and input of your stakeholders. You are a natural people person, at ease interacting with all levels of the organization, both in written & verbal form.
  • Architecture degree
  • A minimum of 8 solid relevant work experience
  • Computer skills to include: Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up and V Ray rendering skills a must
  • A good balance between creative, technical and analytical thinking. The ability to think clearly, analyze quantitively, problem solve and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Results orientated with a strong focus on high quality delivery
  • Great understanding of materials, detailing and value engineering
  • Understanding of practical and brand equity requirements
  • Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely flexible, agile & adaptable in mindset & work methods
