As Director of Supply Planning you will lead a team of supply planners accountable for optimizing capacity management of our suppliers to meet demand requirements and PVH service, inventory, and cost objectives. You will work with cross-functional partners to drive business objectives by advancing Integrated Business Planning. Support multi-tiered sourcing strategies in support of brand and business needs. Provide allocation strategy that enables right product to be developed and produced in the right place to achieve optimal cost, quality and time. Lead and influence change across the organization and drive positive KPIs. Initiate strategies to unlock capability and focus on continuous improvement. Attract and develop top talent and create organizational structure that drives successful results across the value chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion supply planning best practices and support continuous improvement in the supply planning and collaboration processes
  • Build relationships with key internal (fulfillment, sourcing, business teams) and external (regional hubs, vendors) stakeholders through formalized collaboration and partnership
  • Drive monthly integrated business planning (IBP) process to highlight where supply is constrained and scenarios and recommendations on how to address
  • Measure and report on key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply planning and the supply chain overall such as supplier adherence, operational reliability and impact on capacity planning assumptions
  • Develop JDA ESP tool performance by configuring parameters to most efficiently align product color/style attributes to known (historical) vendor capabilities. Optimize plans and meet supply planning accuracy targets
  • Identify potential JDA tool enhancements to improve supplier capacity planning and act as key contributor to acceptance testing and roll-out of modifications
  • Translate midterm to long-term Supply Strategy into a high-level rough cut capacity plan (RCCP) for vendors and supply network
  • Identify and resolve capacity short-falls either with downstream demand collaboration or upstream supplier schedule changes
  • Use JDA ESP tool for load leveling and smoothing of supplier output on an exception basis
  • Create analyses to demonstrate over/under capacity utilization always contextualizing the variables in product, volume, fabric that create potential risk/reward scenarios for business
  • Work with corresponding demand and fulfillment planners on identified supply scenarios to gain alignment and adjust plans accordingly
  • Ability to build an improved data model, to sketch the right supplier capacity strategies. Leverage experience with suppliers to propose new approaches
  • Monitor critical key materials and provide projections to vendors managing these key materials
  • Execute supply chain optimization opportunities such as speed models, postponement, advancement, expediting, consolidation, segmentation, supplier reduction
  • Lead Managers to develop team members in their areas of responsibility
  • Develop and coach team to evolve appropriate skill sets for future growth
  • Performance manage to create clear goals & objectives for the team

Qualifications:
  • College degree; advanced degree, a plus
  • 8-10 years' experience in supply chain function, strategy role, or consulting

  • Experience with SAP and other supply chain/business systems, a plus
