THE ROLE

NGG is looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on paid social background to join our Digital Team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy and execution in all paid social channels in order to raise awareness, scale traffic and reach our revenue targets. You will also be the main point of contact for analysis and optimization needs, helping to drive growth and efficiencies across all paid social activations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Work alongside the Digital Team to set and develop the paid social strategy.
    • Operationally manage the paid social channels (Meta, TikTok and others) from campaign set up to reporting.
    • Continuously monitor and optimise the campaigns' performance, sharing clear insights on opportunities.
    • Liaise with marketing and communication teams for paid social creative requirements and best practices.
    • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with external vendors, ensuring whitelisting for upcoming betas alongside new commercial opportunities.


WHO YOU ARE

    • +2 years of experience managing large paid social accounts across multiple markets.
    • Hands-on experience in optimising several different bidding strategies from Awareness to Conversion.
    • Experience in audience building using first- and third-party data.
    • Full operational knowledge of Business Manager and social media best practices.
    • Excellent reporting and communication skills. Able to present and gain insights from data.
    • Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of your work with a high commitment to results and deliveries.
    • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage complex workflows.
    • Excellent English knowledge (spoken and written).
