Who we are looking for


A-COLD-WALL* are looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant who will support the planning and execution of all global press office and marketing functions: sample management, special projects, sample reporting, seeding programme, look book coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and passionate junior communications professional, who can continue to build on and develop strong cross-functional relationships and share their depth of knowledge eloquently internally and externally.


What your day to day will look like

  • Management of global press samples
  • Daily point of contact for all sample press requests across all regional markets
  • Liaising with internal central teams on sample coordination for editorial support
  • Daily liaison for regional press offices, coordinating product requests, inter regional sharing and transfers of the samples across A-COLD-WALL*’s key product categories
  • Responsible for supporting Head of Brand Experience in production of campaigns and asset packs or key collaborations and partnerships
  • Maintaining seasonal content calendars, including the 360 communications calendar
  • Responsible for the gifting programme (including gift with purchases, tactical gifting)
  • Coordination of meetings, events, travel and accommodation booking
  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Head of Brand Experience on ad-hoc requests


What you need to succeed

  • Ideally 1 year of experience working in a press samples office or creative environment
  • Fashion GPS knowledge is preferable, knowledge of Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Google Ads, and SEO are a plus
  • Professional and personable with a positive attitude and love for working with people
  • Approaches tasks open-mindedly, is eager to learn and take on any tasks with a curious and can-do attitude
  • Independent, detail-oriented, self-starter, with exceptional organisational and follow up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
