YOUR TASKS

  • Lead the project management for all touchpoints with external partners of the creative team: Manage workflows, organize photoshoots or events, etc. 
  • Create and improve work processes between the Creative team and other departments to ensure successful collaboration
  • Manage requests and projects and adapt them into creative timelines, from start to finish, to ensure creative assets are developed, approved and delivered on time as required
  • Work hand-in-hand with our in-house Creative team and also cross-functionally with PR/Comms, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and Merchandising on a range of projects and productions
  • Own relevant meetings to ensure project deadlines are met and teams are informed
  • Monitor the progress of projects, anticipating next steps and resolving issues, including timeline delays or conflicts
  • Identify and optimize processes to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Establish clear checkpoints and lines of communication
  • Manage creative assets, owning the creative shared drive to ensure all assets are saved out appropriately

YOUR PROFILE

  • +4 years experience managing creative teams and projects
  • Creative but also business driven mindset
  • Highly organized and capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; you should be able to manage expectations and communicate important (sometimes technical) information to a variety of stakeholders, from entry level up to senior management 
  • Ability to motivate and empower
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for fashion as well as e-commerce
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Positive, flexible and open-minded, a true team player
  • Clear and efficient in verbal as well as written communication (English is a must)
