Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


We are looking for a Logistics Services Specialist to maintain solid relationships with our internal and external clients. Reporting to the Head of Logistics Services you will ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You will also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.


    • You will develop solid relationships with 1P and 3P clients
    • You will analyze data to improve business, suggesting new services subscription
    • You will address and resolve clients' complaints.
    • You will be the main contact between clients and our teams.
    • You will manage the account teams assigned to each client.
    • You will compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for logistics and commercial teams using our systems, on a monthly basis
    • You will develop an understanding of clients' requirements and prepare customized solutions.
    • You will work with the logistics team to search and develop new solutions requested by the market.


    • You have 2+ years experience in Logistics (Fulfillment, delivery and supply chain), Key Account Management, B2B
    • You have experience using order management systems or warehouse management systems or similar
    • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.
    • You can handle multiple client accounts
    • You are comfortable communicating with internal and external partners across all levels
