Consignment Supervisor - Stadium Goods

We are planning to open our Midwest Flagship in downtown Chicago in the spring of 2020 as the next step in our retail expansion.

We are looking for an experienced Consignment Supervisor to help manage our Market Center, a stand-alone location to support product supply for the new retail flagship. As a player/coach, you will support the intake and disposition of merchandise from consignors, vendors, SG warehouses and other suppliers, ensuring the quality and authenticity of products meet Stadium Goods rigorous standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will receive, authenticate and QC merchandise coming into our facility

You will examine incoming shipments, rejecting any damaged or unauthentic items

You will report/record any discrepancies

You will enter quantity received against the purchase order in the WMS

You will manage back order and inventory stock put-away list

You will mark information on incoming merchandise

You will keep a clean and safe working environment with optimal space utilization.

You will follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

You will oversee Consignment Specialists to ensure compliance of procedures, rules, and regulations

You will code invoices, payment requests, etc., with correct data following company procedures, ensuring entry into the financial systems

You will work with Consignment Manager and other team members to ensure successful end-to-end product lifecycle

WHO YOU ARE

You have expertise in sneaker authentication and quality control

You have leadership experience managing a team

You have good organizational and time management skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

You have experience with MS Office.

You have proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems

You have Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs.)

You have a team player attitude, willing to go above and beyond

You have a healthy time and attendance record
