Position Overview
The Manager RLE-NA Personalization will be responsible for building and integrating personalization content efforts for RLE-NA. The Manager will play a role in elevating the brand and improving eCommerce KPIs by delivering content to support personalized journeys and tests in partnership with the Personalization Stream, Brand Storytelling and Digital counterparts. They will act as a highly cross-functional team player in partnership with regional and global teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Support the content efforts needed to achieve financial plans of RLE-NA delivered by the personalization stream. · Deliver personalized and localized creative content, balancing brand messaging and eCommerce requirements. · Develop and maintain the personalization content calendar and distribute to cross-functional team members. · Brief the storytelling team on content requirements for personalization seasonal refreshes, upcoming tests new features. · Oversee quality control and final production of personalized digital site content. · Partner closely with personalization stream on strategies and test and learn opportunities to drive the business and elevate the brand. · Identify personalization tests and timing parameters, considering global/regional marketing campaigns and seasonal deliveries. · Ensure all cross-functional partners are aligned on strategies, tactics and timing of execution. · Collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions and communicate results to cross-functional teams. · Support the regional omni-channel experience by ensuring consistency within DTC, including the APP and stores.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Experience in eCommerce, personalization experience preferred. · Strong attention to detail with exemplary analytical capabilities. · Ability, willingness and passion for serving as our customers' advocate. · Understanding of and interest in business financials, ROI & profitability. · Team-player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner while driving results. · Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities. #LI-AM6
