Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER, and under the direction of the Director CR Strategy, the Manager, Corporate Responsibility (CR), manages the planning, design, execution and tracking of key strategic and cross-functional initiatives for the global CR function.


The Manager, CR Strategy will support the Director in driving development, alignment and refinement of corporate responsibility strategy across the company globally. This work will specifically focus on 1) inputs into the annual corporate strategy development process, 2) annual review and proposed updates to PVH's Forward Fashion targets, 3) CR insight and trend analysis and reporting for executive audiences and 4) collaborating with PVH brands on strategy alignment.

The Manager will exhibit strong communication and analytical skills, effective problem-solving and project management, and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.


CR Strategy and Integration
  • Manages key cross-functional projects in alignment with CR's global strategic priorities
  • Build and manage key tools and frameworks to facilitate CR strategy development
  • Creates strategy models and executive presentations in partnership with the Director
  • Manages monthly and quarterly CR insights and competitor analyses in partnership with the CR Operations, Corporate Comms, Consumer Insights and Brand CR teams for CR Committee of the Board and C-suite education (in addition to informing other internal educational and business case building initiatives).
  • Conducts competitive and market research, covering key insights and trends with an emphasis on competitive industry movements; research and communicate relevant industry benchmarks, as well as identify white space opportunities.

Team Leadership
  • Support Director in preparation for critical internal meetings and industry and sustainability events, including support for investor initiatives.
  • Manages key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Collaborate effectively with CR team members, as well as partners across our brands, regions and corporate functions who are providing input into strategy development/updates
  • Support the CR PMO and governance lead in developing project management tools to optimize delivery of CR strategy deliverables to engage stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Support the ESG Reporting & Transparency team with research, data management and disclosure development for the Annual CR report and other key reporting frameworks, ratings and rankings


Education: Required: B.S. / B. A. or M.S. in business administration, or similar discipline.

Experience: 5+ years' experience in program management, corporate strategy, corporate sustainability or equivalent. Strategic/management consultancy experience is preferred. Apparel industry and/or environmental sustainability experience a plus.
