Connected Network Business Excellence has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Process Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Process Improvement Manager, you are responsible for ensuring operational and business excellence across all Connected Network processes, from Sales to Operations and everything in between. You are knowledgeable on all Connected Network products, and should be the go-to person for support and insights on how to make our processes more efficient. You are comfortable working with large data sets to expose high level hot-spots, and then diving into the processes to identify true root causes.

  • Define problem statements and solution spaces and derive purposeful and realistic targets

  • Good communication skills in English (you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be able to express yourself clearly & comfortably in spoken & written English)
