This allows our Partners to have even more impact in Zalando's Partner Program, internationalise easily across our markets, save on logistics costs, and meet customer expectations.

Connected Network Business Excellence has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Process Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Process Improvement Manager, you are responsible for ensuring operational and business excellence across all Connected Network processes, from Sales to Operations and everything in between. You are knowledgeable on all Connected Network products, and should be the go-to person for support and insights on how to make our processes more efficient. You are comfortable working with large data sets to expose high level hot-spots, and then diving into the processes to identify true root causes.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma project work & methods (minimum Green Belt)
• Previous relevant experience leading cross-functional projects
• Experienced in using data to identify high-level areas of improvement, and then using process tools to deep dive and identify root causes which you drive to solution with stakeholder buy in
• Good communication skills in English (you don't need to be perfect, you just need to be able to express yourself clearly & comfortably in spoken & written English)
