Business Excellence has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Process Improvement Manager, you are responsible for ensuring operational and business excellence across all Connected Network processes, from Sales to Operations and everything in between. You will become highly knowledgeable on all aspects of our fulfillment product, and should be the go-to person for support and insights on how to make our processes more efficient. You will support in setting the direction of the team, and identifying key areas where improvement work can add most value. You are very comfortable working with large data sets to expose high level hot-spots, and then diving into the processes to identify true root causes.

  • You will look for interesting content opportunities across the business, liaising with many different teams to find engaging stories worth sharing with our partners. You will also research and stay up-to-date on competitor and industry activities and identify trends and best practices to derive innovative new formats and approaches.
  • You will create impeccable, on-brand content across various communication touchpoints including our partner-facing newsletter, social media (LinkedIn), articles for our Brand Hub such as success stories from across our partner base or event materials.
  • Together with our brand management experts, you will shape our tone of voice to put a face to our partner-facing communications approach in line with the Zalando brand.
  • You will manage our content calendar and, together with the team, distribute content across our existing B2B channels (e.g. our LinkedIn channel, the Brand Hub and Partner Newsletters).
  • You will leverage your analytical skills and commercial acumen to measure the effectiveness of our content by tracking analytics and distilling the numbers into learnings and key takeaways.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Politics, Literature/Humanities or equivalent.
  • You are a passionate writer, content creator or storyteller and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in copywriting, marketing or communications, preferably at a fashion, lifestyle, tech or e-commerce company.
  • You are extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time. When getting the job done, you have a proactive, can-do attitude and are meticulous down to the last detail.
  • You are eager to learn and feel responsible for the quality and contribution of your work.
  • You are a clear, well-structured and engaging communicator in written and oral communications in English. Native English speakers are preferred for this role, German is a plus.
  • Experience with communication channels and tooling, such as LinkedIn, MailChimp, and/or content management systems (e.g. Drupal, Wordpress) is a big plus.
