Position Overview
Senior Brand Image Manager - Creative Productions Polo Factory Stores EMEA Management of all production for seasonal Windows, Interiors, Print & Marketing Events

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally/departmentally to build Seasonal Window & Interiors concepts to brief, as set by Line Manager, whilst ensuring alignment to the Buying Departments strategic initiatives. Build annual CPA accounting for, but not limited to, briefing, design, production, prototyping, launch dates and new store openings Responsible for the seasonal project tracker document ensuring accuracy of volumes, roll out timelines and forecasted costings. Manage supplier relationships from briefing to prototyping to production and invoicing Partnering with key departments within Brand Image - Visual Merchandising and Field - to ensure creative schemes are aligned & fit for purpose per store, per region. Marketing Events- Partnering with Marketing Department & Production suppliers to deliver Marketing / Brand Image creative concepts- on annual bespoke store events - to ensure creative for Marketing activities are aligned with promotional calendar, are fit for purpose per store, per region & within budget. Own and manage imagery and propping allocations per supplier, per store, per season ensuring new stores and/or consolidations are captured. Manage existing in store propping inventory and supply all store teams with a seasonal sustainability list Responsible for partnering with local (in region) printers and installers to ensure the timely seasonal changeover of all window vinyls Build seasonal Window Guidelines for portfolio of 60 PFS stores using Photoshop/Sketchup to render models showing imagery, propping and mannequin placement. Organise seasonal window kick off meetings with regional creative leads and store teams Partner with Marketing on all key initiatives over the year and providing visibility of creative treatments to support with brand/cultural initiatives Responsible for liaising with Marketing to review and align on seasonal marketing imagery to be leveraged in store i.e., interior lightboxes, cash wraps etc and exterior window lightboxes/ vinyls. This will include coordinating delivery Seasonal Print Campaign Review - proof artworks to ensure crops and imagery selections are appropriate and brand relevant Partner with Brand Image New Store Opening Team, Retail Store Development Team & Construction team on all New Store Opening Projects to review FCO and all window related production and budgeting Sales/Financial: · Develop/plan with line manager, long range planning/budgeting and reporting process Manage quarterly and annual reporting to finance team. Manage and oversee annual expense budget across the channel ensuring purchase orders and invoices are paired and accurately allocated. Establish strong working relationships with divisional finance teams Responsible for raising Purchase Orders and coding invoices into RL systems for all associated projects Maintain strong working rapport with supply chain, tax & imports and Brexit teams Responsible for setting up new vendor creation requests Forecast and supply monthly Travel & Expense submissions
