Bring your entrepreneurial spirit and drive to exceed sales plan and profitability targets to the Tiffany & Co. for One Peking store. We are looking for a dynamic, results driven individual who has a proven ability in client development and managing a successful team.
The Store Director is responsible for ensuring that the store achieves or exceeds sales plan and profitability targets. This Director will effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations of a branch to meet and/or exceed individual sales plans, with a strong focus on the execution of activities focused on client development. Additionally, this individual will lead the store in providing a high level of customer service and ensure that employees are coached and developed to maximize performance. The Director will champion the customer engagement standard.
The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer related experience (i.e., hospitality). A proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales result and profitability targets. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proven ability to build client relationships and represent Tiffany in the local community. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Point of Sales (POS) system. Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.). A college or university degree and previous gemmological experience is preferred.
