The Vice President-Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for leading the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function including development of the global strategy providing services, solutions and connections to enable a more engaged workforce, mirror the markets we serve, and best position our teams to leverage DE&I to create a culture of luxury and performance.

This role is also responsible for all diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives, Employee Resource Groups, consulting with internal and external customers and partners, building DE&I capability internally within HR and key partner stakeholders (Sustainability, Brand, PR).
