We are looking for a Manager of CRM & Client Analytics that will develop the CRM strategy for EMEA, sharing guidance to drive elevation and consistency while partnering to define and support local strategies.
The role will work directly with the regional leadership team to develop client-centric growth strategies, plan programmes and tactics. This manager will help define and guide programmes to develop the most productive customer segments in order to drive the brand's growth strategy in the region. This role will act as the Salesforce client data expert and partner with retail and tech teams on client data platform and process improvements. They will also ensure robust monitoring and reporting of performance to aid an overall client-centric approach to business development.
