Client management
  • Initiate, plan and implement CRM activities based on client data analysis
  • Monitor client recruitment and loyalty programs to enhance client relationship
  • Drive client journeys across the channel (Digital, Email, SMS)
  • Prepare and consolidate various reports, monthly budget report, event report, etc.

Event management
  • Propose, organize and execute client events
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure proper maintenance of client database and smooth operation of CRM activities
  • Support projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Explore the partnership opportunity for recruiting new clients, such as dept. store's VIP division, luxury hotels, private clubs etc.

CRM Giftings
  • Manage the CRM gifting plan and gift inventory
  • Explore and suggest gift categories to build strong client's loyalty and maximize ROI
  • Manage gift budget
  • Work with sales professionals/ retail team for gifting, special occasions, etc. to drive sales and client's retention and engagement

  • CRM related materials translation
  • Research and report on competitors' activities
  • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure strategies and actions are implemented according to Brand guidelines (Stores & IT team)
  • Act as a gatekeeper of data privacy and ensure all staff follows the data privacy guideline and client information is well protected.


- Bachelor's Degree

- 7+ years' CRM experiences in retail industry (Luxury industry is preferred)

- Creative and Pro-active individual with strategic planning skills

- Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated

- Command of strong English reading and writing skills

- Proficient OA skill

- Strong data mining and analytical skills

- Solid knowledge of CRM management and business

- Strong client oriented and people focus
