Compensation & Benefits
  • Optimize competitive C&B programs with TCO value and distinction to maintain competitive ness in the market and retain top talent.
  • Provide and analyze data for annual merit increase cycle for employees and draft compensation proposal packages for new hires/promotions/ transfers and off-cycle merit adjustments.
  • Execute C&B programs including annual medical check-up, group insurance renewal, monthly retirement pension and, etc.
  • Entitle, monitor, and control employees leaves including annual leaves, maternity leaves, sick leaves, etc.
  • Hold C&B induction session for new hire induction program, and to deal with any inquiries related with C&B issues

HR report or Store manager meeting documents support
  • Produce monthly Headcount report
  • Prepare monthly store manager meeting presentation
  • Any ad-hoc data generation upon management's request

HR B udget M anagement
  • P eriodically produce HR analytic dashboard to track productivity and budgets


[Qualification]

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• 4 years of experience within C&B or payroll execution function

• Very good English communication and written skill are required.

• Strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes

• Pay extra attention to detail and organized

Preferred:

• Majored in Business administration, economics, or accountings

• with experiences with retail industries
