General Summary:

Talent has an opportunity to redefine how consumers engage with extraordinary content and services. This position will drive the development and excellence in execution of E-CRM programs in China to enrich customer engagement and improve overall customer experience via achieving a more personalized consumer journey.

The person plays a critical role in the strategic development and execution of E-CRM management among all consumer touchpoints, workflow, analysis, and optimization - develop, manage, execute and optimize E-CRM campaigns - from acquisition through to repurchase.

Knowledgeable in customer segmentation, designing behavioral triggers, analyzing and reporting on delivery and providing post-campaign analysis, online channels' practice and data flow as well as data integration.
