  • Responsibilitites: Response for calls and emails from clients ( Taking online shopping order, change request, Repair request etc.)
  • Required Qualifications
    ・ Experience of answering telephone calls at call centers
    ・ Strong communication skills
    ・ PC skills (MS Windows, Word / Excel)
    ・ Sales Experience of jewelry or high-end brands products are a plus
    ・ Language skills (English, Chinese, or Korean) are a plus
