This position will lead the strategic planning and execution of all key initiatives to develop and grow Tiffany's High End Clients sales. She/he will be responsible for end-to-end high end clients' experience, building loyalty for existing ones and expanding our footprint to recruit new ones. This requires the finest candidate that has existing strong and relevant experience in this segment. Strong collaboration skills with Merchandise team, Sales teams and other departments for event planning and gifting are key assets to be successful in this role.

Key Accountabilities

Grow and develop the High End Clients portfolio and sales
  • Set the Sales Strategy for High End Business and achieve sales & profitability targets with store teams
  • Initiate HJ events through the cooperation with relevant functions ( Marketing, MD, CRM and Stores)
  • Maximize high ticket sales opportunities through personalized client outreach and events participation
  • Strengthen and cultivate relationships with new High End clients to meet own individual (High Jewelry) sales plan
  • Consistently and accurately capture relevant clients' information for outreach and loyalty building
  • Work with CRM and other teams to curate unique programs for High End clients and upgrade lower Tiers

Customer Development and Prospecting
  • Prospect right networks to cultivate new high jewelry clients
  • Understand and deepen relationships with assigned portfolio client list
  • Host and entertain clients to foster stronger relationships and build deeper loyalty for our brand
  • Develop a strong knowledge of store High Jewelry/UHNW Business and trends of the luxury market

Talent Management & Development ( HJ Selling capabilities)
  • Provide technical knowledge and build expertise in store and at events to elevate clients experience.
  • Continuous develop ideas, incentives and recognition tools to motivate HEBD team
  • Provide support to resolve customer complaints and special situations as they arise
  • Foster teamwork, train and motivate staff to achieve country's High End clients target

Qualifications

Required
  • University Graduate or more
  • Over 10 years in sales including 3-5 years of sales management experience within a retailer (Luxury retailer experience is preferred) focusing on High End Client
  • Demonstrate high sense of luxury lifestyle
  • Previous experience in High End Clients Relations/facing roles
  • Proficient English skills
  • Driven, energetic and independent
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred
  • Experience for setting up new team with KPIs
  • Working experience in global luxury organization
  • Jewelry & Watch industry experience
  • Solid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces - GIA Certification is a plus
