Overview: The Project Coordinator, Human Resources- Americas will provide administrative support and project coordination to the Americas HR team.

Human Resources Administration
- Provide project coordination to HR Business Partners
- Create onboarding schedules for strategic hires, or Director and above
- Manage and Support HR team with new hire onboarding arrangements
- Process visa paperwork and track filings
- Coordinate payment of annual sales incentive and Ops and Security monthly bonus with finance and achieve team
- Provide client group with answers to inquiries and direct to the correct HR contact as necessary
Data and Org Chart Management
- Manage and Update organization charts
- Coordinate Annual PMP process and run reports during PMP, e-comp talent review and other yearly processes
Recruitment
- Provide support to Functional recruiter during peak periods
- Conduct initial candidate phone screens
- Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods including LinkedIn, exploratory interviews and other forms of networking
- Acknowledge resumes and forward to respective recruiter
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 1-2 years of corporate or Human Resources related experience
- Familiar with or willing to learn HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS and Peoplesoft.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Skilled in assessing and responding to inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Visio is a plus
