Overview: The Project Coordinator, Human Resources- Americas will provide administrative support and project coordination to the Americas HR team.

Key Accountabilities:

Human Resources Administration
  • Provide project coordination to HR Business Partners
  • Create onboarding schedules for strategic hires, or Director and above
  • Manage and Support HR team with new hire onboarding arrangements
  • Process visa paperwork and track filings
  • Coordinate payment of annual sales incentive and Ops and Security monthly bonus with finance and achieve team
  • Provide client group with answers to inquiries and direct to the correct HR contact as necessary

Data and Org Chart Management
  • Manage and Update organization charts
  • Coordinate Annual PMP process and run reports during PMP, e-comp talent review and other yearly processes

Recruitment
  • Provide support to Functional recruiter during peak periods
  • Conduct initial candidate phone screens
  • Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods including LinkedIn, exploratory interviews and other forms of networking
  • Acknowledge resumes and forward to respective recruiter


Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1-2 years of corporate or Human Resources related experience
  • Familiar with or willing to learn HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS and Peoplesoft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated analytical ability
  • Skilled in assessing and responding to inquiries
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio is a plus
