Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to define, analyze, support, test and administer complex business and/or information technology that meets department requirements. This position is also responsible for the implementation, deployment and maintenance of hardware and software. This position ensures that systems and processes align, to business and user needs, both locally and globally. This position coordinates vendors, installs and support technology. This position is required to provide after hours support, when needed.

Key Accountabilities
- Provides high level of problem solving abilities to identify production problems, troubleshoot, and determine root cause analysis. Identifies scope changes and the potential impact to other systems. Implements measures to minimize routine issues. Produces/prepares reports. Plays a key role in the incident management process.
- Performs trend analysis and problem review; makes recommendations for improvement and/or prevention. Predicts issues and challenges in functional areas. Troubleshoots and validates complex maintenance issues to provide resolution.
- Leads or coordinates migration, testing, implementation and configuration of complex business systems. Analyzes complex testing problems and evaluates, Leads or coordinates migration, testing, implementation and configuration of complex business systems. Reports status and findings to support business data analysis and troubleshooting efforts.
- Plays a key role in the requirements gathering and analysis process. Responsible for recommending alternative solutions and risk assessment of those solutions. Ensures that documentation is created and maintained.
- Monitors and analyzes complex systems to help identify and address high-level confidentiality, integrity, availability and performance issues. Implements measures to minimize routine issues.
- Participates in projects, as required.
- Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners, as required. Will interact with external vendors.
Qualifications
- Relevant technology experience is preferred (Hands on Field Service install experience)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent job related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills both in Korean and English
- Customer Service & Process Oriented
- Technical proficiency with Cisco and Microsoft
- Ability to teach technical concepts / translate documentation
- Business travel (mostly Asia, possibly USA) & Flexible Schedule (almost 7X24, conference calls with US occasionally)
