Job Details

The West Coast Entertainment Relations Specialist will be responsible for supporting Tiffany's global talent relationships by ensuring alignment and synergies with the larger business and promotional needs. This individual will be tasked with being the on-site contact for all celebrity fittings and editorial shoots, as well as partnering with the regional retail team to manage product requests and loans. The position reports into the Global Entertainment team and works in conjunction with headquarters to ideate new celebrity targets and influencer partnerships. Additionally, the specialist will maintain strong relationships with external talent management, stylist, and entertainment partners to develop compelling and meaningful opportunities for the brand.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute all ambassador relationships, across both talent and styling teams within LA
  • Ownership of all merchandise loans and fittings with Tiffany ambassadors and celerity talent, striking the balance between both brand and talent needs.
  • Manage the organization and coordination of product, travel, H&M and other needs around talent opportunities
  • Identify and support new entertainment talent relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Pursue and assess dressing opportunities by providing insight and recommendations to the larger team.
  • Partner with both internal and external parties on the logistics of local merchandise borrow, including but not limited to availability, proper care and handling, conveyance, and safeguarding all according to company policy as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Responsible for media alert process for all celebrity placements, managing Tiffany's external agency alert process, proper jewelry credit selection and timely distribution.
  • Drive recapping process for all entertainment and influencer activations.
  • Manage communication with talent teams during events and fittings.
  • Develop strategic plans as well as talent consideration background and research
  • Facilitate product loans for talent and brand integration opportunities
  • Partner with the high-jewelry teams to ensure product requests are being managed properly, calendars are up to date, and availability of options are clear.
  • Travel required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Proficient in all relevant programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Strong organizational skills are required, including flexibility to work late hours/weekends if needed.
  • Knowledge of trends in social media/digitally-savvy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with high jewelry and with entertainment relations.
