1. Contribute to the expansion of sales and brand equity and the delivery of a seamless omni-channel customer experience by supporting and production managing the overall marketing strategy, planning and execution

2. Assist Senior Manager/Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing to drive development and implementation of marketing strategy and tactics with an emphasis on client-facing communication activities e.g. Advertising, Owned Media (Digital and Outdoor) and Cross-functional initiatives

This individual will report to Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, who oversees overall Brand Marketing.


This position will lead Tiffany Japan's marketing operations and manage the day-to-day business. Also supporting in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Media Planning, Execution & Effectiveness Evaluation (40%)
 Support Sr.Manager/Assistant manager to lead planning and delivery of Tiffany Japan's media plan in alignment with the company's business strategy and priorities
 Propose and execute media plan to deliver the most effective results with clear KPIs - Media mix to include all formats and all channels i.e. Digital (of all forms including Social), Print and OOH, both external and owned media
 Proactively engage and closely partner with other departments at all stages for concerted alignment and best results
 Measure success metrics vis-à-vis set objectives, analyze, evaluate and develop action plans to improve effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
 Work closely with media and agencies to maximize opportunities and results.

Localization of Communication Assets (e.g. advertising, catalogues, etc.), Local Website Content Management(40%)
 Ensure the quality of all localized communication assets, tools, collaterals meets Tiffany's global standards
 Manage daily operations of marketing/communication assets
 Oversee and streamline project management including localization time schedules, vendor relations, internal resource allocation, etc.

Contribute to build a team of excellence (10%)
 Be a positive, influential team member to help building a strong team.
 Closely work with other departments (in Japan and NY) as an active Japan brand marketing representative.
 Infuse client-centric marketing focus into the team and across the company

Cross-functional Synergy Awareness(10%)
 Lead or Support New Store Opening/Store Renewal marketing activities to deliver the best brand exposure for our stores
 Proactively participate in cross-functional efforts to shape synergy that benefits the company holistically
 Voluntarily facilitate internal work streams in partnership with other departments and teams


 Strong project management capability - attentive to detail.
 Holistic marketing experience at a brand end, incl. media planning, magazine and digital (ads and tie-ins) etc at least for 2 years
 Could possess an agency side background or business owner (client side) background
 Experiences of digital marketing, in addition to traditional media
 Experience of working in international business environment(s)
 Business level English both in writing and speaking, native in Japanese

 Solid strategic thinking, integrating both qualitative/beauty perspective and quantitative perspective
 Professionally and personally mature person, with high interpersonal communication skills
 Goes beyond given role/anticipated path to achieve bigger results
