Job Details

As a Sr. Endpoint Engineer with Tiffany's End User Experience team, you'll play a pivotal role introducing modern management into our existing environment, and join a close-knit, fast-paced technology division responsible for delivering projects and improvements to our business partners and locations around the world.

This role will focus on Windows device management, including device configuration, application packaging and deployment, software updates and patching, policy building, scripting, and automation. The ideal candidate will have experiencing in both legacy Windows management tools, SCCM, group policy, as well as Workspace ONE/Airwatch (or equivalent MDM experience running Windows 10 or other platforms). A proven background in Workspace ONE is helpful. Maintaining the quality, security, consistency, and availability of all end user hardware, software, and services. Support will include Level 3 support escalations, and the ongoing evaluations of core technologies for these areas. Please have a passion for innovation and improving user experience, while also leading efforts to support standards compliance and best practices, while providing oversight and project management for the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead upgrades, maintenance, and configuration of Windows endpoint management suites: Workspace One, SCCM (MEMCM), and Group Policy.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools, and desktop hardware.
  • Research new technology in response to enterprise-scale business requirements, systems configurations, or technology innovations.
  • Responsible for training and providing technical mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relevant documentation for new enterprise-scale technologies.
  • Supervise and resolve alerting issues for all Endpoint related systems. Monitor and test system performance for potential bottlenecks, and collaborate to drive solutions and implement changes


Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in an engineering role configuring and supporting Windows endpoints
  • Windows powershell scripting
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Basic understanding of Project Management Principals


Preferred:
  • Workspace ONE administration (or equivalent MDM experience)
  • Experience managing or supporting Apple devices using Jamf Pro (or equivalent MDM platform)
