Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Performance Analyst Intern to join the Performance Marketing team in Paris starting in June for 6 months

About the role

You will be part of the global Performance marketing team as responsible for reporting and monitoring the activity of the performance marketing team, performing ad hoc analysis for strategic topics, analyzing the drivers of acquisitions of new customers. As Performance analyst, you will ensure that we plan, steer, and manage the performance of our acquisition channels. Using data analytics, you will support strategic decision making for business growth, working hand in hand with global functions, the regional teams and the data teams. You are entrepreneurial, a self-starter, comfortable both working independently as well as collaborating across teams. You are keen to dive headfirst into a fast-growing, global fashion tech business!

What you'll do

Your role will cover 3 main missions:

Steering the performance of Performance Marketing channels across regions
  • Monitor closely the performance of our channels across regions.
  • Make recommendations to maximize the volume of new customers acquisition within regions & channels. Performing ROI analysis to maximize growth.
  • Work closely with regions team and global team to coordinate on KPI improvements.
  • Perform ad-hoc and deep dive analysis depending on the global/regions needs.


Provide the relevant tools and dashboards to support the Performance Marketing team
  • Build and improve existing dashboard and reporting tools to help channel managers monitoring their channel in the best way possible.
  • Automatize reporting & recurring reports.


Contribute to the Performance Marketing strategy and budget planning
  • Be involved in the budget and target process making marketing mix recommendations across channels & regions.
  • Set up the right targets together with the data team to ensure business growth.


Who you are
  • Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Digital Marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, experience with a data visualization tool is a plus (Tableau, Google Studio...).
  • Demonstrate an ability to understand performance and be able to identify opportunities.
  • A strong ability to lead analysis and present performance to senior management.
  • A previous internship in either a business analyst or financial role would be a plus.
  • Be structured, organized, motivated by a growing fast-paced team.
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
  • Fluent in English (French is not required).
