About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.

The Talent Acquisition team are fanatical about talent. They are determined to find the best people for PVH whilst ensuring the candidate journey is the very best! They offer a seamless and consultative service to their stakeholders always making sure they are working to the highest standards.

Based in our Copenhagen office and reporting into the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager Retail leads the development and delivery of retail recruitment across our PVH Region North Retail Business (Nordics, UK, Ireland, and Netherlands).

Responsibilities include:
  • Remotely managing a team of 4 across the UK and Netherlands whilst individually managing retail recruitment for the Nordics region
  • Ensuring and advocating best practice across all vacancies; actively encouraging your teams to escalate best practices to our Retail population via internal communication channels
  • Working with our 'Region North Head Office' Talent Specialist team based in the UK to help shape relationships with our Copenhagen based stakeholders. Offering to pursuit and support when required
  • Building effective relationships with senior retail stakeholders across Region North; understanding current and future talent needs, ensuring the team are equipped and ready to support the business with Seasonal peak hiring and New Store Openings
  • Weekly 1-1's with the Retail Talent Acquisition team to check in on hiring progress and to coach on personal growth and development with the role
  • Overseeing the project management of Retail Talent Acquisition focuses, ensuring timelines are realistic and met with desired results
  • Promoting a 'proactive' vs 'reactive' process where required
  • With the team, developing relevant assessment tools, to ensure candidates meet the criteria specified in job descriptions and supporting the interviewing process where required, boosting quality hires and driving candidate experience
  • Reporting, analysing and delivering resourcing Retail hiring data to the business to inform decisions
  • Ensuring the company culture, values and leadership behaviors are reflected in attraction, selection tools and candidate experience
  • Reviewing how we can continue to be seen as an 'employer of choice' for candidates both locally in our store locations and as a wider retailer of choice

About YOU
  • You'll be experience and knowledgeable within Retail recruitment
  • You'll be experienced in managing and developing a team ideally across boarders
  • You'll have great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and challenge and support where needed
  • You'll ideally have an understanding of different Retail markets, both locally (full price/outlet) and also internationally
  • You'll understand the importance to act with pace yet champion for the best talent to be brought into the business
  • You'll constantly ask questions and review how we can continue to succeed and grow our talent offering as a retailer of choice.
  • You'll solution find under pressure, basing decisions off informed data and analysis
