Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


The Employee Experience Coordinator will oversee our employee's experience, along with the daily management of our offices. You will provide a world-class welcoming experience to all Farfetch and Stadium Goods' teams. These employees are your customers and your role is to amaze them. We want the FARFETCH work culture and experience to be enriching and rewarding. You will keep Farfetch's home base in NYC running smoothly, operating seamlessly and providing a great experience to work within and will support our NY staff.


    • Employee Experience
    • You will be a concierge for new and current employees, being a knowledgeable go-to person for common questions that Farfetchers may have
    • You will create content that connects the staff with each other, such as weekly updates, milestone announcements and other bits of information
    • You will produce both virtual and in-person events
    • You will support departments with office related events, meetings, and happenings
    • You will oversee and monitor employee perks
    • You will help with employee-led initiatives, like mentor programs and lunch and learns
    • Office Management
    • You will ensure staff complies with all health and safety regulations
    • You will coordinate existing office vendors under the guidance of the Office Manager, such as equipment repair, cleaning, maintenance workers, and building management
    • You will manage seating arrangements, hot desking and office visitors
    • You will sit in the front of office to greet employees, guests and vendors in our Welcome Lounge
    • You will provide and maintain a sense of organization and efficiency throughout the office to provide a seamless work experience for all employees
    • You will order and restock groceries, supplies and employee swag
    • You will set up and break down of catered lunch, company meetings, special events, etc
    • Maintain the condition of our office, as a neat and clutter-free environment; maintain cleanliness of common areas including kitchen and conference rooms
    • You will sort and record incoming mail


    • You have 1+ years of experience in office management, hospitality, or a related field
    • You are service-minded and with customer experience focus, flexible and open to new ways of doing business
    • You have superior interpersonal skills; highly skilled at influencing management staff through relationships, expertise, and data
    • You have a record of effecting strategic change and plans where prudent
    • You possess the ability to navigate ambiguity, approach situations with an open mind; consider all angles of a problem and evaluate solutions from multiple perspectives
    • You have intermediate abilities with PowerPoint, Spark, Illustrator, Sketch, or InDesign
