Research & Innovate, Strategize and Implement Customer Payment Services for all Group Businesses globally and across All Channels in an integrated, scalable, secure and compliant way to accelerate luxury new retail. 

Our Customer Payment & Services (CPS) team is responsible to:

  • Enable new payment services to accelerate New Retail
  • Establish a common omnichannel payment platform
  • Improve payment data intelligence and establish data-centric payment organisation
  • Protect brand equity from payment fraud, reputational damages & liabilities
  • Establish and manage core strategic supplier relationships and contracts
  • Establish and Manage CPS Portfolio Management
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing & deploying strategic payments & services solutions
  • Ensure excellent execution of identified strategies in full compliance with Group strategy, operating model and internal rules
  • Simplify operational processes through automation and digitisation of the CPS value chain
  • Establishment of central Consumer Payments & Services expertise
     

ROLE

To support the delivery of the CPS strategic roadmap, we are recruiting a Customer Payments & Services Project Manager.

This role is for someone who is a self-starter, understands new technologies and is passionate about creating best in class customer experiences, has excellent communication skills and is able to document effectively, can build the bridge between the business and the technology teams, who has excellent project management skills and is willing to travel.

Specifically, the role is to:

  • Manage multiple regional and global projects simultaneously with varying complexity. Maintain a critical path for all projects
  • Gather business requirements, organize design workshops, plan project organization and governance, document project plan, initiate the projects and drive to completion within set milestones and KPIs
  • Co-ordinate with regional and global stakeholders to create and maintain stakeholder mapping and escalation routes
  • Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders to gather project updates and effectively manage projects dependencies and risks
  • Ensure weekly project updates and audit trails are documented along with issues and actions
  • Plan and facilitate steering meetings with senior stakeholder groups
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners during all phases of the project. Ensure all stakeholders are regularly updated and involved where required.
  • Document key processes of the organisation within regions and brands and ensure this is shared across the management team
  • Act as Payment Product Owner and work closely with scrum teams throughout the Payment Product development cycle
  • Determine payment product roadmaps in coordination with CPS Program Manager
     

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or Technology, preferable with an MBA diploma
  • Ideally PRINCE 2 Practitioner, PMP certified or equivalent project management qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
     

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience managing projects at a regional and global level and leading cross functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience in an omnichannel B2C environment and/or Customer Payments Services preferred
  • Experience in procurement and management of 3rd party suppliers is an advantage
     

Skills

  • Ability to see challenges before they arise and track record of anticipating and mitigating issues
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering projects on time, scope and budget with effective issue resolution
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret data and summarize, back up assumptions and make recommendations
  • Strong in understanding macro trends & strategic priorities whilst being hands-on, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent English
