WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have worked in People Development for more than 3 years and can prove experience in planning, implementing and reviewing development programmes at all levels
  • Your ability to self-organize combined with strong people skills while meeting tight deadlines, makes you a great fit for our team
  • You know how to handle organizational changes, are familiar with Performance Management and therefore have a good understanding of ED&I and its inclusion within talent management, workforce planning and development initiatives
  • You thrive in an international work environment and have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are responsible for strategic Talent Management, which implies managing and building relationships within the company, moderating talent review rounds and succession planning
  • You support and coach internal change processes and act as a sparring partner for the Business Partners and the Senior Management Team
  • You consider the relevance of blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, classroom training, e-learning and on-the-job learning and make recommendations in line with our purpose, values, and strategy
  • You ensure a great work experience by generating a high rate of Employee Engagement and playing a leading role in the organisation and facilitation of engagement activities
  • You evaluate the results of learning interventions and report to senior management, while ensuring succession and development plans are up to date and the company continues to attract and retain the best talent
