Primary Purpose: The Associate Manager, Store Operations / Supplies & Packaging, Process Implementation / Efficiency will support the supply / packaging needs for North America Retail and Outlet stores. This position will also focus on store efficiency, process implementation / improvement and back of house organization / optimization managing the development and implementation of new and updated processes supporting day-to-day field operations and key field initiatives.

Act as the primary contact for Bunzl for day-to-day supply and packaging management.

Review weekly suggested order quantity and packaging runout reporting from Bunzl and communicate when inventory is getting low to ensure time is available for updates (if necessary) and reordering.

Review weekly Bunzl invoices, auditing select stores to ensure that ordering matches what was invoiced and conduct month-end budget reconciliation; identify any unusual activity that may require follow-up.

Review the Bunzl supply lists and update as needed for all or select stores. Includes maintaining and updating item caps and ordering frequency as necessary. Complete monthly audit of the Bunzl website to ensure all items display as expected, including channel and store specific items.

Partner on the development of the of the annual supply budget. Monitor monthly store level supply ordering and identify any unusual activity that may require follow-up.

Assist with special order requests for new store openings, renovations, relocations and closings.

Manage inbound communication from the field and Multi-Managers via the Retail Supplies inbox by fielding questions and partnering with Bunzl to bring any questions / issues to resolution.

Partner in developing communication needed for stores, including distribution of promotional / seasonal packaging, drop shipments, and changes to items / ordering process.

Partner with Customer Experience and Coach Services team on monogramming and Coach Create strategy and execution. Review open monogramming work orders in Maintenance Online and coordinate with vendors to ensure store monogram machines are maintained and operational.

Lead annual uniform purchasing in partnership with Customer Experience, Product Planning, Accounting and global Store Operations teams.

Review / audit Retail store uniform orders and submit to allocation for order processing .

Review / audit store business card orders and approve orders as necessary.

Develop, update and maintain back of house organization guidelines. Focus on optimization of on-site space in order to eliminate / maximize effectiveness of off-sites. Partner on backroom layout review for new stores and renovations / relocations.

Manage the off-site process in partnership with Leasing and Field Leadership. This includes the off-site vehicle process, where applicable.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of all policy and procedure. Identify opportunities for simplification and streamlining of operational processes.

Stay current with changes to the business that could necessitate process updates. Develop and define requirements for the changes / enhancements necessary to support the business. Define and prioritize any new needs in order to manage them within the current priority list and within available resources.

Manage, coordinate and communicate hotsheets for all in-store events and activations by working cross-functionally to develop clear and consistent communication.

Monitor email periodically after hours (nights / weekends) to react to any urgent or time sensitive issues from stores and MMs.

Support Store Operations initiatives / projects on an as needed basis.

An Associate's degree is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience preferably in a similar role or as an Operations Manager in a store.

Strong computer skills & overall systems savvy, with advanced working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe applications.
