POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position supports the replacement, testing,configuration, and deployment of all In-store technology. This includesadvanced troubleshooting of all Retail store IT hardware & software,including POS Registers, phone, music systems & mobile devices. TheAssociate Analyst Operations coordinates with the Hardware Group, In-StoreInstallation team, Store Operations, and Store Solution Center (SSC).

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintainsinternal support queue. Providing timely ticket updates and order status usingZendesk.

• Coordinateswith internal support to configure, ship and deliver store hardware systems.

• Receivesall returned RMA and newly purchased equipment.

• Managesthe POS Hardware physical inventorying following the inventory processes andprocedures.

• Placesinventory replenishment orders to maintain minimum stock levels for allinventory items.

• Managesthe stores POS Hardware Support Queue.

• Configuresand ship replacement hardware.

• Diagnosesand repairs of Point of Sale systems, PCs and phone & music systems.

• Supportsthe deployment of new stores, remodels and relocations as needed.

• Supportsstore closing processes.

• Supportsstore technology remotely via phone support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HighSchool diploma or GED

• Preferredminimum 1-year experience in Retail Support environment

• Preferred1+ years' experience in warehouse environment

• Minimumof 1year work experience with Windows based operating systems.

• Minimum 1year working knowledge with hardware, peripheral support and connectivity. POSpreferred

• CompTIAA+ Certifications preferred

• Proficiencyin various administrative applications including MS Office suite

• Experiencein internal ticketing systems (i.e. ZenDesk, Track-it, Remedy, Oracle, etc)preferred

• Must beextremely detail oriented

• Excellentverbal and written communications skills are required

• Excellentproblem-solving skills are required

• On-calland available to respond to request after-hours/weekends

• Must havethe ability to work in a fast pace environment and react to situations as theyarise

• Must beable to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must bedependable, punctual, and reliable
