Facilities Coordinator
HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. | Midway | United States | Full-time

In this role, Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate the ongoing needs of the Facilities department: ongoing ticket management with HB vendors is the remainder of the scope of work in this position. S/he will be responsible for handling any financial accounting and invoice processing.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Controlling of payment receipts from customers
  • Weekly information about project status to project controlling
  • Facilities ticket management - ensure tickets are being closed out in a timely fashion
  • Assisting with any additional department needs as required

Your profile:
  • 1-2 years of facilities coordination
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet programs
  • Excel, word, and strong verbal communication
