Position Overview
To develop and manage the creative process ensuring the visual aesthetic/customer experience of the Ralph Lauren brand is both enhanced and elevated in the wholesale market(s). The Manager will partner with the RD / RM to effectively and creatively grow the talent of the field team, as well as the wholesale brand business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Partner with the local RD/RM on the implementation of key seasonal strategies both commercially and creatively · Plan and own the installations within their regional flagships · Train the RD/RM field team to successfully execute interior changeovers and installations including merchandising, prop placement/composition, rigging of product on busts/mannequins and standards overall. · Review seasonal and monthly floor plans with Brand Managers to maximize sales and customer experience potential / assess planning, zoning, scheduling and execution strategy. · Partner with VP to identify creative opportunities to better elevate the seasonal and monthly deliveries. · Partner with SD on product placement that is in line with seasonal strategies to drive sales. · Conduct daily walkthroughs of Flagship or market store(s) to identify all improvement opportunity to ensure and elevated visual and creative customer experience. Inclusive of all fixture placement, R&M, and lighting. · Along with training and the visual presentation scope of work within stores, the Creative Manager will be a key store team liaison and partner for special events and marketing activations as well as new store openings or renovations in the flagship or local market store(s). · The Creative Manager will serve as the training lead within in flagship and or area market store(s) -leading the store teams in both planned local training sessions as well as store blitz activities or prototypes. · Work closely with Brand Managers to ensure scheduling and rotation visits are optimally supporting the flagship or area store(s). · Regularly meet with Brand Managers to confirm understanding of directive guides from our Creative Communication partners / providing feedback on successes and-or opportunities for future. · Communicate local market needs to the Creative Communications team. · At times will attend prototype shoots in NYC for the purpose of training as well as brainstorming with Creative Communication Partners on successes, opportunities or challenges for in store activations.
* Bi-Weekly touch base with VP & SD for creative updates.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· 5 years visual merchandising and-or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience · Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar. · Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (i.e., evenings after 9 PM, before store openings and weekends). · Project Management/Organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punch list, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction. · Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with peers, supervisors and direct reports. · General computer proficiency to include Power Point, Word and Excel. · Proven ability to understand RL aesthetic. #LI-AM6
