About the role

Head of Growth F/M/D

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of Growth to grow our user base and drive engagement on the platform. This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible to grow our DAU (daily active users), driven by the acquisition of new users and their level of engagement (DAU/MAU). You will develop a deep, data-based understanding of key engagement drivers, in order to build a framework and a strategy to optimize engagement. Areas of focus will include the onboarding experience, key features adoption, CRM levers as well as contributing to our 3-5 year vision of new product functionalities to launch. You will work with multiple stakeholders: Data, Regional and Local teams, CRM, Marketing, Product, Tech, ...

You are a data-driven and strategic thinker, familiar with digital / engagement / growth topics, with a proven ability to deliver results based on experiments & measurement. Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, gaming or other engagement-based industries is a real advantage.

What you'll do

Drive a team of 2 (for the moment) analysts / project managers to monitor and improve customer engagement (DAU/MAU) and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of engagement drivers and empower the organization to improve user engagement: Definition of key metrics, set up of reports
  • Identify key opportunities to increase engagement based on benchmarks, leveraging User generated content, inspiration around fashion, gamification, etc.
  • Define and execute the Engagement roadmap balancing impact vs. feasibility and short term vs. long term projects
  • Track and measure performance of tests / new developments, identifying insights and reflecting them on future strategy and testing
  • Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across product, marketing and business teams

Who you are
  • 7+ years experience, including hands-on experience in customer marketing, growth, engagement or CRM topics in best-in-class tech companies / or strategy consulting
  • Experience in retail / e-commerce (marketplace experience is a plus)
  • Leadership capabilities: Drive multiple stakeholders towards a common goal, within and beyond own team
  • Strong analytics mindset, very good with data,
  • Full autonomy in problem solving: Ability to structure a problem, identify drivers, monitor progress and take corrective actions to achieve results
  • Impact-obsessed, ability to find creative solutions
  • Very good communication skills
