About the role

HEAD OF HR, Global Functions F/M/D


Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of HR, to partner with our global functions (supply, marketing, operations, tech). You will contribute at both hands-on operational and strategic levels to define people priorities, lead on all HR programmatic work and cultivate an inclusive and high performing culture. You will lead a team of HRBPs and will bring thought leadership and creative solutions to a growing organization in the context of a fast paced working environment. This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to our CPO .

What you will do

  • Partnering with the relevant business leaders, will define and lead on organization planning, talent assessment, change management and management/leadership development
  • Lead and develop your team of HRBPs to enable the business to scale
  • Provide strategic business partnership, invest in deeply understanding our organization and competitive ecosystem
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and insights to enable decision making both within the HR team and with your business partners
  • Manage and facilitate the overall Performance reviews and employee engagement surveys throughout the year; lead on core HR programmatic work
  • Be part of the HR leadership team for Vestiaire Collective and work in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee relations, and HR Operations teams to define and implement solutions to enable us to keep improving our people experience and scale our culture
  • Design and facilitate leadership team development as needed

Who you are
  • 12+ years experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or equivalent role with international scope
  • You demonstrate solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization
  • You demonstrate empathy and experience driving people and diversity & inclusion strategies
  • You demonstrate experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • You demonstrate experience influencing and strategically solve problems
  • Experience in consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
