PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Responsible for sales order process starting from Seasonal Market Week to delivery.
  • To provide full coordination support on maintaining the sales order record in both systems 7th online and SAP to the latest update.
  • Support Sales Team on the order replenishment process and follow up.
  • Work with Supply Planning Team on the stock fulfillment and report to the manager in a regular basis
  • Liaise and manage the shipments with the distribution team in Hong Kong and clients in Asia Pacific.
  • Work closely with both internal and external parties
  • To provide high quality customer service to our clients
  • To assist in ad hoc projects coordination and execution

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office esp. Excel, experience in SAP is a plus
  • Stable, independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with a can-do work attitude
  • Critical thinker and eager to find solutions for different challenges

Education:

  • Non-degree tertiary education or above in related field

Skills:
  • Detail oriented and have an analytical mindset.
  • Proven track record of advanced excel modeling and drawing key insights on the order process.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with different departments
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Verbal and written communication skills (in Cantonese and English)
  • Comfortable being part of a team that spans different time zones and locations in Asia
  • Passion for the fashion industry or branded consumer goods industries
