Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Intern to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience intern for a period of 6 months.

About the role

You will report to the Customer Experience Manager within the Experience department. Our team is in charge of ensuring we deliver a great experience to our customers, both on the buyer and seller side.

What you'll do
  • You will play an active role in the definition and implementation of strategic & innovation projects for Vestiaire Collective. You will work on all aspects of global customer experience across a wide array of internal topics (customer-centric strategy, automation, chatbots, personalization, new channels implementation - whatsapp, kakao, wechat ...)
  • You will be involved on long-term projects and work closely with key internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, operations, CRM, data, regional teams...)
  • You will assist the team on ad-hoc requests and presentations requiring data analysis and research (including for top management)


Who you are
  • Currently doing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business or Engineering schools
  • Previous internship in consulting, strategy, M&A or e-commerce is a strong plus
  • A Strong "get things done" mindset:
    • Commitment to tight ETAs
    • Working smoothly on a matrixial organization
  • Strong analytical skills:
    • Pay attention to details & ensure data accuracy
    • Proficiency with Excel
    • SQL is a plus
  • Be structured, organized, synthetic, fast learner and motivated by E-commerce and Fashion industry
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
  • Fluent in English (working language is English), French is a plus
