Scotch & Soda, Sales Manager to be responsible for Women on the Norwegian wholesale market.In this role you will deliver strong sales performance and direction within the high segment Womenswear business in Norway. You will be responsible executing the new brand vision and sales strategy for the Scotch & Soda product engine in collaboration with the local leadership team, further developing the brand heritage, DNA and high-quality product offering globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct contact between Nordic HQ, Norwegian customers, KA and other related touch points;
  • Identify sales opportunities in marketplaces/territories and key target consumer segments, and to maximise opportunity by articulating the Brands expression as distinct product values and, aesthetics, and to communicate succinctly this vision to the customer and future prospects;
  • You will draft account plans and set targets for whole country/per customer and genders;
  • Develop, drive and execute strategic planning for key accounts;
  • Analyse specific market needs for all lines;
  • Manage in-season sales (Seasonal stock, Essentials);
  • You will take care of sales reports and analysis;
  • You will report to the MD at the Scotch & Soda Nordic Office but will also need to report/align and agree your day-to-day work locally. This to have a joint view and targets between all genders. (Men, Woman, Kids).


Job requirements:

You will be someone who has a passion & competitive flair for fashionable sales & marketing and you will have significant experience in a similar role at a Manager/Sr Manager level.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Use your initiative and have the ability to influence and take action where necessary;
  • A clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills and eye for detail;
  • Problem solver, strong closing skills and the ability to work under stress;
  • Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills;
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilise to position the features and benefits to our customers;
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
