Camper is a Spanish footwear company with international presence whose headquarters are in Inca (Mallorca, Spain). At Camper we focus on design and originality, so we are looking for highly energetic people who know how to transmit our innovative spirit to customers.

To maximize sales and profit guaranteeing the right product assortments and pricing for on-line channel.
The main functions of the role are: maintain product flow activations for, analyse and optimize eCommerce sales, optimization of UX experience and propose initiatives to increase sales and optimize conversion. 
This position reports to the Head of Merchandising.

Main accountabilities:

Planning and forecasting
•    Define the product budget for by sales line and main categories. 
•    Influence the digital marketing actions if is necessary to achieve the budget.
•    Ensure GTM strategy in by reviewing with Ecom and GTM team newsletters, banners and grids selections according to GTM calendar and stock availability. 
•    Evaluate the sales in order to propose initiatives to increase sales and optimize conversion. 
•    Optimization UX experience through the assortments and product display in 

Sell-out follow up
• sell-out follow-up report by sales line, line, type of product, option, and e-shop. 
•    Follow up of all different commercial actions to evaluate their impact in the market.

Product activation 
•    Define the activations following the GTM calendar
•    Apply, review, and complete the global GTM collections for the different markets. 
•    Control stock situation for and apply any actions if needed.

Primary stakeholders:
•    Internal: eComm department (.com, NWS, CRM), Content/Marketing department, Operations department, Customer Operations & Sales Adm, Controlling, IT, Organization team. 
•    External: Local commercial teams



•   Proficiency on Excel.
•    High level of English.

• 2-3 years of experience.
