What You'll Do:

 

  • Develop and oversee all digital marketing activities to support new customer acquisition, as well as existing client engagement
  • Develop multi-channel global demand generation strategies focused on filling the pipeline across all global markets, including ABM
  • Manage digital touch points including website optimization, paid digital advertising, and email marketing
  • Demonstrate impact through data—manage and maintain marketing technology stack and recommend improvements to remain current with best practices and automate marketing touch points for scale
  • Partner with Content team to develop compelling content necessary to drive successful lead gen and nurture campaigns
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to maximize the use of data, ensure databases remain clean and accurate, and leverage lead capture in offline activities
  • Manage demand generation measurement strategy, establishing clear baselines and setting ambitious goals

We would LOVE to hear from you:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS business
  • Experience setting strategic direction and executing a broad spectrum of digital marketing activities, including paid media, site optimization, and email strategy
  • A deep understanding of demand generation best practices, including budgeting, processes, campaign creation, implementation, measurement and reporting
  • Expert-level capability in marketing technology (Hubspot, Google Analytics), trends, benefits, selection criteria, implementation and ongoing management
  • Data-driven and able to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives, including new customer acquisition and customer engagement
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and countries
  • A creative, solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable driving results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
