Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all activity is in line with overall brand strategy, market priorities, budgets and key moments in the editorial calendar
Lead on regular calls and meetings with clients
Build quarterly strategies and review documents for clients and present these to
their internal teams seasonally
Build creative client strategy proposals every six months and present these to
their internal teams seasonally
Monitoring current affairs and industry news to ensure all brand activity is
relevant and reactive
Allocate and manage a range of budgets from annual PR planning to short term projects
Analyse insights and results generated from brand activations and report key learnings for future reference
Leading on events, from developing the concept, to booking talent and suppliers, guest list management, managing roles within the team etc
Press + Influencer:
Securing and managing larger interview and profile feature coverage, supporting key spokespeople and brand founders (approaching multiple media outlets including print, online, social media, podcasts and broadcast)
Manage media and influencer paid partnerships in line with specific brand campaigns, ensuring content covers all key messaging
Lead affiliate conversations between key press and clients negotiating commission rates
Meet regularly with key media to maintain strong relationships Management and Reporting:
Oversee gifting, sample movement, product placement, news placement, asset management and projects together with Account Executives
Monitor monthly and ad-hoc KPIs set for each individual client and manage the team, implementing a plan if they are not being met
• Secure 1-2-1 appointments introducing clients to key media, prompting coverage opportunities
Compile strategic media matrix’s and generate earned media coverage on key brand campaigns and launches
Feed into the Account Director, keeping them updated across all brand activity and KPIs
Oversee and sign off all coverage monitoring processes
Oversee and sign off weekly strategy submissions
Oversee and sign off all reporting processes
