SAMPLES & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Manage all sample movement as directed by the Account Executive (sample send outs, courier bookings, multi drop management, processing returns)

Manage sample returns & confirm if any pieces were shot

Manage all assets as directed by the Account Executive (saving and re-naming, ensuring

on the Dropbox as well as the Server)

Manage receiving of all sample collections into the showroom including recording and

uploading of inventories

GPS management across all clients

CLIENT FACING RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile monthly client coverage reports

Supporting on client events when required

Attend client calls and take meeting notes (and share with client once approved by

Account Manager)

Following relevant press & influencers on social

Suggest relevant new diverse influencers and VIPs for gifting/loaning purposes

Clip all coverage and share with the Account Executive in a timely manner (to be shared

with clients by 11am)

OFFICE & TEAM ADMIN

Create regular agency-wide mailers

Create dedicated client mailer blasts with the guidance of the Account Executive

Support the Account Executive with intern management and directing the showroom

team where necessary

Manage the showroom upkeep for your clients utilising the interns & manage the

ordering of showroom & office supplies

Attend junior team meetings & take meeting notes (and circulate to the team)

Research and start getting to know the relevant magazine pages and editors

Planning for internal and external meetings when required

Manage and update all contact databases, including monitoring industry movements

Manage all admin and updating of Google docs (per client) for the team

Manage all couriers and car bookings for gifting and events

Team & client calendar management

Attend internal team meetings and support where necessary
