Position Overview
The Omni Channel Wholesale Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving Ralph Lauren's mission to be the Leading Luxury Lifestyle Brand within Wholesale platforms for EMEA across Pureplayers, Bricks & Clicks and Bricks & Mortar. In this role you will be defining the marketing strategy for the entire Wholesale channels, leading successful partnerships with key players across digital and offline, driving brand elevation, customer acquisition and data partnerships. You will be setting the strategic direction & marketing planning with a strong focus on digital, budget management, constant evaluation of results and KPI monitoring, day to day marketing leadership (focused on elevation of campaigns and on-site experience, omni-channel innovative customer experience, data intelligence), and developing an industry leading team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the overarching EMEA Wholesale Omni-channel strategy to maximize business growth and qualitative customer acquisition. Drive brand elevation and customer engagement through:
* Annual/seasonal impactful and high reach Marketing planning, identifying seasonal priorities and investment focus areas
* Elevate On-site brand experience and representation focusing on key digital platforms
* Optimize Content strategy across Ralph Lauren global contents and specific content development with key partners
* Actively contribute to product strategy within Wholesale to optimize marketing activations
* Optimize business integrating Marketing plans alongside commercial negotiations partnering with Sales teams
* Build Strategic relationships with highest reach wholesale platforms
* Drive focus on key elevation partners with the implementation of tailored VIC/Personal shoppers' programs Oversee Wholesale Data Intelligence to maximize consumer understanding, marketing performance evaluation and identify key areas for growth:
* Nurture Marketing, Sales and Product strategy by framing and delivering frequent consumer insights reporting, bridging with business KPI and identifying growth opportunities
* Deliver Marketing KPI tracking consistently across campaigns, drive learnings and strategy optimization to be shared across functions and with Senior Management
* Ensure data collection from priority wholesale accounts and optimization of KPI
* Deliver frequent Wholesale strategy updates and reporting to C Level and Board Members
* Develop industry leading data partnerships across key platforms, lead 1st party data capture initiatives
* Develop in-depth competitor & wholesale platforms understanding to be the Wholesale expert within the Marcom function Be the key Innovation partner with most influential Wholesale accounts & a driving force of the company digital transformation:
* Identify most relevant areas for innovation across key accounts (data strategy, marketing and media capabilities, new ways of selling, virtual commerce, processes)
* Define innovation strategy within wholesale including targets per top account, evaluation of ROI
* Contribute to corporate innovation strategy leveraging most innovative and highest reach accounts, partner with global Marcom & Innovation teams on key opportunities
* Look for innovation in ways of working, automatization & outsourcing of processes to optimize marketing efficiency Develop a Winning Team Culture, drive one team spirit, grow and empower talents:
* Lead, develop and coach a team of +20 talents across EMEA
* Maximize personal development of direct reports and their teams with a strong focus on empowerment & accountability
* Drive a culture of diversity and inclusion across all team members
* Ensure the full team focuses and delivers on key priorities through speed, agility, progress, and ongoing value assessment
* Maximize digital & data skills development and culture within the team, to act as key ambassadors internally and externally
* Work across multi-functional teams to influence, drive change, and to step-change wholesale marketing partnerships

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Recognized and seasoned leader in Marketing in a similar role in an aspirational, premium consumer goods organization, with a strong digital experience
• Demonstrated Strategic thinker with the ability to see and build the big picture, develop new ideas while keeping a view on tactical actionability and quality of execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong curiosity towards innovation, technologies, market trends and competitors
• Demonstrated solid understanding of the Wholesale business, knowledge of competitive Digital landscape and Luxury/Fashion brands
• Deep consumer understanding and affinity with Luxury or Lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally / in matrix organizations, strong collaboration culture
• Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, across on & offsite and social media
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Languages: French and English mandatory
